How are the clothes sized?

We size our clothing based on standard American women's sizing as follows:
XS (0-2); S (4-6); M (8-10); L (12-14); XL (16).

Can I order something I see in a different color?

Yes! We can prepare custom colors. Please send inquiries to: info[at]ebonysolis.com.

Can you tell me more about the fabric?

Most of the fabrics we use are blends of natural fibers, such as bamboo or cotton with a touch of Lycra for a comfortable stretch and shape retention. All products labeled “Hand-Dyed” are individually dyed by hand at our workshop, making each piece one-of-a-kind, like you. Therefore, any inconsistencies in the coloration or print should be regarded as deliberate and unique and do not indicate defective merchandise.

How do I care for my new Ebony Solis garment(s)?

Care instructions are given in the descriptions of each item, and are also described on the care label of your garment. Hand washing is best for most items, but most can be machine washed in the gentle cycle, air or tumble-dried on a low setting, and pressed with a warm iron as needed. Gentle care will ensure your garment will look good over it's lifetime. And never, ever use chlorine bleach on your Ebony Solis pieces!!! We do not recommend dry cleaning.

What kind of PAYMENT do you accept? Is it secure?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments via PayPal. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

How do you ship? How can I track my order?

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for safe and expedient delivery. We would be happy to email a tracking number to you at your request.

Can I cancel an order? What about exchanges and refunds?

Once we receive your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. Within a 48 hour period, please e-mail ebony[at]ebonysolis.com to cancel. Because each item is made-to-order, we can only accept returns or exchanges for defective merchandise or shipping errors within 7 days of shipment receipt.
